Activity: night, early morning. Temperature: 20 – 28°C Humidity: 50 – 70% Diet: they are omnivorous; they eat fruits, greens & vegetables, fish flakes, isopod grub, decaying leaves, white rotting wood, dog/cat kibble, and they enjoy the weekly insect jelly. Growth rate: They may take up to 3 – 6 months to mature. Terrarium: keep ⅓ moist by spraying and/or with moss. The substrate can be a mixture of peat (without fertilizer) mixed with crushed rotting leaves, some coconut coir and a little sand. Make it at least 5 cm deep so that the nymphs can bury in when they need to. They also need hiding spots to go under and hide themselves during the day.
